Nice apartment and location. The room was clean. But cleaning is not included during all the period - you do it by yourself.

There were problems with TV (wi-fi). The stuff came the next day after several reminders. At the beginning light was off because of the kettle, also the help of the stuff was needed (to contact, to wait, to be without light and air conditioner), in ah hour everything was fixed. After check-in the small box for cleaning is given. The soap is so tiny that it finished in three days. Such things cost a little but have big value for comfortable. The room was not to inner yard, but to the wall of the other building. (Not like as on the attached photos). Because we don't like to sleep at night with air conditioner, we opened windows and air flows goes the way that every morning I had pain in neck. No cleaning of the apartment during staying.

Great location, perfect for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Room was very clean. Everything we needed was in the room. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spot on. Area was really quiet all the time. Staff were very friendly and great at communicating, especially with us having a late flight.

Our balcony was tiny. Almost not worth having. However, it doesn’t reflect on the hotel or our stay in any way. Just worth a mention that the pool view balcony rooms are better if you need a balcony. We will definitely use again.

Location was perfect, in a quiet secure gated property. Supermarket next door. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great communications over WhatsApp, any queries/problems were promptly sorted.

Footpaths outside the gate were a disgrace especially for people with disabilities. Broken and raised pathways, easily twist and ankle. No blame on the complex but they might like to pass on complaint to their city council

Good location, good size studio apartment

Few bits missing in the rooms that would have helped. No drawers/wardrobe to store clothes, ends up in cases/on floor. Main issue is lack of facilities. You have to check out by 10:00am, however, if you have a late flight you cannot stay around the pool or anything. There are no toilets, no courtesy room to get changed later or have a shower.
