Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

We have stayed at the Quality Inn several times. It's a great location when going to or from the airport. Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and professional, friendly staff. Free parking on site. Restaurant and other facilities are fantastic.

My only dis-like was that we were on the bottom floor this time, and I was staying with my daughter only. I prefer a higher level for safety however I did not request this.

There was nothing not to like. From dealing with the staff weeks out from my stay nothing was an issue big thanks to Chloe. When we arrived to the rooms they were absolutely spotless I have never seen hotel rooms this clean not a single bit of dust to be seen and each day the room was made up and vacuumed spotless. The bathrooms were spotless couldn’t see a speck of mould in the grout. The rooms were super comfortable and beds comfy. The bistro was delicious my husband claims it was the best steak his had.

I’m a local. This is a getaway for a night. I’ve paid extra at tourist attractions and has been 6 to 7 out of 10.

Room set up was good, beds comfortable, room clean.

The most disappointing part of our stay was at 4:30am someone threw a strawberry milk concoction on our outside window on level 3. It was frightening. I advised reception but found they apologized for this and said they would clean it but no additional compensation for any inconvenience caused, was given.
