Die Lage und Außenanlagen waren ansprechend

Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Es hat in den Räumen des Apartments muffig gerochen, obwohl alles sauber war.

We have just returned from our break at Finca Es Torrent and are definitely looking forward to a return visit next year. This place is stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The location, staff, food and cleanliness are second to non! A big thank you to Avi and Carol for looking after us.

Nothing

- Grounds & Pool: Beautiful, quiet, and very well-maintained property with a fantastic pool. - Cleanliness: Rooms and outdoor areas were spotless. - Staff: The breakfast waitress was wonderfully warm and attentive. - Price: Great value for money overall.

- Room & Maintenance: Our room had very basic furnishings; the light and fridge in our room were out of order. - General Service: Quite bumpy outside of breakfast (explained as due to the owner being off sick which is understanable but has negative impact). - Food: Fixed-table breakfast creates unnecessary food - waste. It was not adjusted and not adaptive to guests. Dinner on-site was unfortunately also underwhelming (stressed and very basic)

La habitación muy limpia .

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. The air conditioning made a strange noise, and the refrigerator was also very noisy, which made it difficult for us to sleep. When making the reservation, we were given the option to choose between a double bed and single beds. We specifically selected a double bed, but when we arrived, the room did not have the double bed we had requested. Unfortunately, we only realized this when we were getting ready to go to sleep, as we arrived quite late. The following morning, we had to leave very early, at around 8:00 a.m. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were unable to have breakfast because of our early departure. We asked if we could have a bottle of water for the one-hour journey ahead of us. The staff member told us that bottled water was only available for purchase. I explained that we could not have breakfast because we had to leave early and kindly asked if they could give us just one bottle of water, but we were still told that we had to pay for it. I found this quite disappointing and not very considerate, especially since we had paid for a room that included breakfast and were unable to enjoy it due to our early departure. Overall, the experience was not what we expected, and we were disappointed with the service and the lack of consideration for our situation.
