The location is so close to the city center. Very easy for shopping and travel.
The wifi was terrible. We had 3 people using the wifi. No one could surf on the website easily. The speed was soooo slow. They definitely need to upgrade wifi service! By the way, there's not enough tissue boxes in the room. I only found 1 almost finished tissue box in the bathroom.

We liked our executive room, very spacious and cosy. Enjoyed the shower, didnt get a chance to have a spa, maybe on our next stay, which will be longer. We liked the security latches on the windows and the doors and we felt very safe there. We brought our own towels too, but used your towels in the morning of our last stay. Thank you to the owners, will be definitely returning. We rate Academy Motel Inn a 10.
The only thing we didnt like is the situation with the towels and using them again after already being used. Im not sure if my partner read it right, but I felt it was wrong to re-use them, that is all.

We did not take the breakfast option, so no comment. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom. Convenient location.
Extensive roadworks made entering and exiting difficult, but that was hardly the fault of motel management.

It was very nice. We just had a night overthere so couldnt have a chance to use facilities provided, but overall it was nice.

I like how friendly the staff were. There communication was very helpful and prompt. Very informative regarding the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely be booking there on my future business trips.

A bit of an ant problem in the kitchen; left some food for 10 mins and it was crawling with ants. Seals around the bathtub look like they need refreshing.

Very immaculate property and super hosts
We did find the road works and the nearby roading systms in Tauranga difficult ...one way and no chances of uturns if you didnt take the right turn off. Roadworks were everywhere and the roads were cut to half space and little access to many shops.I feel dreadfully sorry for the business owners in the area as access to their businesses is tricky.
But our stay was perfect highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beds are so comfy. The grounds are well maintained. The owners are friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and set at a comfortable temperature.

The staff are very friendly, great lovely people. Have stayed twice and will stay anytime I'm back in Tauranga. Units are very clean and very comfy.
