the location is great, close to Snowdon and Llanberis has a plenty of hiking/camping related shops and is very nice; the mattress was ok
No bedding, which for this price you would expect in my opinion, would have been nice to have soap in the bathroom
7.0
Very good location, just down the road from Llanberis pass and Snowdon Railway.
If you're minimalist and just need a roof over your head it's a bunkhouse with basic amenities to a satisfactory standard.
While functional some things looked old or worn.

the location of the property is perfect.
they didn’t care about the cleanliness. Toilet was not clean and in the morning some how water supply was not available.

Can walk up Snowdon from here
Room was freezing with no heating on and cold shower!
Light barely worked so we couldn’t see what we were doing.
Mattresses awfully uncomfortable.
Whole building in a bad state of repair.
Couldn’t get any dinner on a Saturday night at 20:30, we were not made aware of this on check in.
Staff couldn’t care less when we complained.

simply and easy
the beds were horrendously sqeaky

Location
Property does not offer pillow and quilt.
The rooms are unhygienic and gross.
Toilets stinks and no regular cleaning.

Location. But would never stay there again.
Room, bed, rotten shower surrounds drunken non staying guests drunken staying guest in sand dorm. Terrible place
2.0
The location to the town centre
The cistern falling off the wall, the mould on the shower curtain in the bathroom. The very old, doubled up mattresses on the flimsy bunks. The stained, pungent carpet didn’t add any bonuses when taking the mattress off the bed because we didn’t trust the top bunk.

I was expecting to have all the bed facilities. But there wasn't a pillow and duvet. No soap, shampoo or a towel. Only a mattress with its cover. But it was clean and rent was cheap accordingly.

The food was quite nice but a limited menu to be honest. Water was hot
Bed was broken and uncomfortable. Their were no curtains on the windows, the toilet seat was broken. Carrying cases up and down the narrow stairs was very difficult

location, clean.

I liked the room, didn’t feel too crowded and it was nice to have ensuite facilities. I also liked the bar downstairs for an quick meal.
the shower drain was clogged and the toilet didn’t flush properly, I still enjoyed having the facilities in the room :) . the bed sheet was also dirty as if it hadn’t been changed between visitors. the staff also weren’t very friendly but maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Location
The bare bones nature - no kitchen, no bedding, no towels - really doesn't justify the price. Two sockets for four guests really isn't great, no reading lights on the bed (as there is no common room or similar, no desk or chair, this is where guests will need to be). This very stripped-down standard of accommodation would be just about acceptable for walkers if it were reflected in the price.

How cheap it was
Staff implied there was no food left on my arrival due to a marathon that was on that day....he was very hesitant to even entertain the idea of feeding me and I couldn't get food anywhere at 7pm in the evening...

Location was great, room was clean and good temperature, nice strong hot shower, quiet at night.
Mattress was uncomfortable, room was cramped, bathroom lock and door handle was broken.

location was spot on, great pub & great food
toilet seat wasn’t really attached and the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold nothing in the middle.

When we arrived there was a barrier at the car park so we couldn't enter.
When I went inside to check in there was no clear information where to go I had to ask 2 staff people and then wait for the manager for like 5 min.
And I felt like I was interfering with something he was doing instead of him being pleased I am a guest. He was cold and unpleasant.
Bunk beds were metal frames that I was thinking might get broken just by getting on top and every time anyone moved you could hear the noise.
Mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable for a price of £34 per person and in the room was 6 bunk beds with no breakfast no facilities to have your own breakfast this room was at full capacity getting the place at least £204 which in my opinion was a joke.
There was not enough space to keep anything for 6 people, one hook in the toilet for a towel and one hook on the outside of the door. Shower had no door so water was everywhere on the floor because there was no mat. There was a small wardrobe with maybe 10 hangers.

Very nice location, clean. Noisy but nothing that earplugs can’t fix. Nice staff. Exactly as advertised : simple bunkhouse.

convenient location, fab bar
broken beds, dirty facilities

Nice staff
Rooms were dirty, bedsheets weren't changed in ages, probably. I knew we were supposed to bring our own bedding, which I did, but it's unacceptable to find food crumbs, body hair and dandruff on your bed, with super dirty linings, in a room that was supposed to welcome visitors at the beginning of a bank holiday.
Toilets in the rooms were missing hand wash gels, sanitizers, hand towels.
Not enough plugs, not to mention that the existing ones are at floor level, so completely useless for bunk beds.
