Great location right in the middle of Old Town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast!
Parking is very challenging. The free public lots were consistently full even during the week.

A very elegant hotel right in the heart of Nafplio’s Old Town, with exceptional service and high-quality furnishings. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the whole hotel had a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
The only small thing that could be improved is the breakfast ordering system. It was not completely clear how to fill in the form when ordering for several guests and for more than one morning. A short explanation would make it easier.

The location was excellent and positioned in the old town which was brilliant. The bedroom was a generous size and there was a nice breakfast provided.
The day Staff were fantastic, but sadly the evening staff were inattentive and aloof.
No parking at all for dropping off luggage which was difficult as traffic banked up when trying to unload luggage and check out.
Our bed was rock hard and the pillows were the same which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep for us.
There were also no coffee and tea making facilities available in the room which was disappointing and our room had a shower over the bath and a shower curtain which I don’t like.
