Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan

Great and Best value for money in Bintan. Close to Ferry. Best hotel as it is at the start of the Bintan Triathlon which I do every year as part of my annual Bintan weekend holiday... Big Room and VERY comfortable bed and Duvet. I really like the Yellow lounge chair - great for reading and laying out the triathlon preparation. I notice this year there is a new slipper - very nice. Staff is fabulous, because we come every year me and my friends - they remember us and BIg Smile and welcome us, wish us good luck and so its very nice to come back every year.

Some suggestion - 1. Drying cloth rack - Outside the balcony for us to sun clothing after washing. 2. Better toiletries - Shampoo and Body Wash.

The hotel location is good which is about 12 mins from BBT ferry terminal. The hotel service crew is very polite and helpful.

The twin bed divan in our room will make "ik-ik" sound when roll over while sleeping. And, hotel needs to improve on the breakfast quality. The coffee taste is terrible based on the hotel room price rate .
