Great location, very clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, loved the cute little enclosed patio. Friendly staff!Would definitely stay again!

A lovely room next to the hotel. Thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t. Nice soft bed:

A bit hard to find. The key wasn’t ready for us due to technical difficulties.

An extra mirror outside of the bathroom would be perfect for more than 1 person getting ready.

Nicely renovated rooms

The bed was extremely soft, so soft it made it quite uncomfortable. The curtains are too small for the window leaving a 1ft gap in the middle

Location was good. Room was clean and modern

We were in town for my son’s football game. Next door they decided to have a party (obviously not the fault of the hotel staff) inside and outside of their room with constant yelling and loud music all through the night. After my first call to reception a young guy came around and told them to go inside. Which they did. This did nothing to stop the party or the noise. After my 2nd call to reception they were again warned to keep the noise down. The misic came back on straight away. After my 3rd call to reception the manager, Darren came and kicked them all out including the people paying for the room. He was extremely firm with them but by this time it was around 3am and we had to get up at 6:30am. An absolutely horrible night. And the shower head was broken.

Soft Bed, clean and fluffy towels, clean tidy room. Good size coffee cups. Appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

The bed was a bit too soft, but I would much prefer that than if it had been too hard.

The room's are beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very nice and shower is sooo big. I also loved that you get a little private courtyard where you can sit outside. Great location right next to the Towradgi Beach Hotel (even though the food there is rubbish!). I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and she loved the kids playground right next door, so perfect for the little ones.
