Nice house with open living room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms on each end of the house and a private room with full bathroom just outside connected to the garage. 10 steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 adults and 3 children and ample room. We would return to Marbrisa de Cortez again!

We were informed via the US embassy website that it was HIGHLY recommended not to travel to Mexico at that time due to potential boarder closures and the recent elevated COViD cases. I also called the embassy to confirm. We reached out to the property management company to either get a refund or credit for the place so we could make a trip down at another time(we also mentioned we understood there should be a fee to do this) and the management company would not work with us AT ALL. So we lost out on over $700 and these three families and their friends will never stay at another one of your resorts again. Not only would we not get any understanding on this issue, the customer service personnel were rude.

That’s enough in itself, but we were going to leave on Thursday and I had to go get a COVID test on the Tuesday before. Luckily I came back negative but it was a scare and I didn’t get my results until late Thursday evening.

super home , big time

The house was beautiful, and tastefully decorated with rustic Mexican decor. It had all the amenities needed, and was steps away from the beach. The home was clean, with the exception of a few stray cigarette butts and bottle caps on the outside, along with a few cans/bottles on the rooftop(easy to miss) The only downside is the home is located near a public access to the beach, so there was a little more foot traffic than we would have preferred. Aside from that, the rooftop had breathtaking views, and the interior had everything we needed for our family. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

With exquisite direct access to the beach, you are just a hop, skip and jump from the sand and the Sea of Cortez. The views and sunset were amazing. This spacious comfortable home accommodated our large family well. We were glad to have a rental car as this remote location is about 15-25 minutes away from most popular destinations in Mexico (the Rodeo Dr/Cholla Mall, Old Port, Cet-Mar Sea Aquarium, ATV rentals, & Wrecked on the Reef Bar & Grill). We let the management company know the Direct TV satellite audio wasn't working, & about the cracked mirrored closet doors, the minimal hot water & water flow in the beautifully tiled showers, the missing cold water faucet in the bathroom, the missing TP roll holder, and several ceiling fan lights were out in the breathtaking great room, as well as the kitchen lights would randomly blink and turn off for extended periods of time. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated with Mexican accents and tile work, very comfortable beds & plush bedding. We would have enjoyed more plates & cups to host the 10 people accommodation the home boasts. There is a perfect mother-in-law suite off the main home that sleeps 2 and has it's own bathroom and kitchen ensemble. The home also has a outdoor loft patio that directly overlooks the ocean & shoreline- like a bit of heaven on earth! The winding spiral staircase was gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach vendors offering silver and other inexpensive goods. The management company was easy to access and even left the key in an envelope for our after-hour arrival! They speak English well and were very welcoming. We recommend this beautifully decorated home for your next Rocky Point stay!

Absolutely beautiful home to enjoy your Rocky Point experience. Very clean and eccentric! Lighting is lacking a little, however, sets a calming environment. Amazing view to the sea and easy access to the beach. Loved the two car garage so our vehicles were safe. This was a very comfortable home and hope to return.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 (2 families and grandparents). Beach access was close and easy with a great view of the ocean from the deck or living room large windows. The bedroom #5 casita was great for the grandparents to get away from the kids for a little while. The house was generally well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. However there was no dishwasher soap (there was a nice dishwasher, but no soap). There were only a minimal amount of bath towels and no wash cloths. The TVs were a little out dated and there were about 8 TV remotes lying around. It was a little bit of a process getting the correct one for the TVs. There was not any deck furniture as indicated in the photos for the upper deck. The garage was a welcomed perk and we were able to park out vehicles inside to feel a little more secure. Overall a good place to stay. We will keep this one on our list to repeat.

The layout of the house is perfect! The main entrance is thru the living room. It has an open space between the living room, dining and kitchen which made it perfect for our group. The beds are comfortable and the house was nice and clean when we for it. It does not have a blender so it was margaritas on the rocks. We would definitely rent this house again!

Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place and roomy but it definitely needs some upgrading such as Bedrooms need blankets and sheets that are not so old and one of the rooms near master bedroom needs blinds too much sun comes in. Need better lighting and label remotes which one goes to what light. TV needs to be upgraded with more late model like Flatscreen and definitely needs instructions on how to turn on all the surround system, too many remotes. Needs to be exterminated cause saw roaches and microwave didn’t work so called office to notify them. Over all stay and beach was great. It’s just people rent over time this house and I’m sure others that in time everything wears and tears. This home can use the upgrades�� I will recommend and rent again. I Love Rocky Point❤️
