Great place to stay. Being able to park inside the gated area was great. Place was nice and everything worked great.

This house worked well for the four of us. Great location! Very clean and well stocked. Manager made check in and out very easy. Also recommended nearby restaurants which was helpful!

Everything about this property was great! The owner communicated well and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was spacious, well appointed and contained everything we needed. Location was perfect- with restaurants, shops and small grocery w/in walking distance.

This VRBO was just as advertised and more. The location is perfect for walking to S.1st Street where you can find tons of places to eat, drink and buy items to take back to the unit. The kitchen was great. Often a rental's kitchen has little to nothing in terms of coffee, spices, oil glassware, plates, utensils, etc. This was the antithesis of that - so well stocked and nothing was broken or chipped. Lots of towels. Ceiling fans for the hot Austin Summer to go with the AC. You're very close to S 1st but it is super quiet. Directions to the unit were easy to follow and the parking pad accomodates two cars. We would stay here again.

Property was absolutely amazing. The host really payed attention to the details and had all the amenities for a perfect stay.

BEST property ever! This unit has everything and more you could possibly need. Plus it was super clean, beds were amazing, furniture was comfortable, decor was nice, kitchen was well stocked, area was quiet, house was adorable, parking spaces were super convenient, outdoor table and chairs were relaxing, and we could safely walk everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Joey’s rental. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The location was great. It’s very quiet but only a few blocks to SoCo and there are multiple yummy restaurants within a block. Great area, great host, great stay. Hope to visit again!

I've stayed at a lot of rentals in Austin, several 5 star properties. This one deserves that top ranking. Great communication, great location, very well appointed with everything you'd need and more. Easy to access, clean, easy to walk to food and other activities.

We had a great time at this property despite a rainy and cold weekend in Austin. There were a lot of little restaurants and things to walk to and check out. It was such a nice getaway! We loved the area and never had an issue getting around anywhere.
