The view was fantastic and the property was very stylish.

The lack of air con in the bathrooms and open to insects crawling in. I understood the concept but for the price didn’t really get it. Didnt include coffees made by a machine as part of breakfast, a bit petty and another excuse to charge extra.

The views are incredible, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location is excellent to a lot of things to do, they had scooters available for rent that were electric and in good condition which was very convenient, and they were always cleaning so it was pristine property and they did our room twice a day

Biggest issue was the “eco-cooling” AC in the room which was not cold at all but they did bring us a fan which was a lifesaver bc we would have been very miserable. Even with the fan, it wasn’t very comfortable. We also did not spend time at the property even though it was gorgeous bc their food was 5x the price of food elsewhere and it wasn’t even good. They don’t allow you to even have your own water out by the pool and charge $7 a bottle when it’s 50 cents elsewhere. The second lower pool is more relaxing and actually has some shade options but for some reason they don’t have servers down there so you have to climb all the way back up to get your overpriced water. We stayed a 5-star resort in Uluwatu at the end of our trip and they charged less for their restaurants and had actually good food.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bed had it's own air conditioning which was fab.

The food was disappointing. Some of it was extremely salty. I also did not like that breakfast was included in the price, but there were many items on the breakfast menu that were not included and we would have to pay more. This seemed petty and cheap. The room was very dark and only one chair. It also lacked a table to put things on. We were provided with 2 bottles of water morning and evening and told we could ask for more, which we had to do constantly. The only way to contact reception (other than walking there) was through Whatsapp. I was not keen on adding the hotel to my contacts. There were loose tiles in the main swimming pool and the other pool was difficult to get into, balancing on tree trunks placed in the pool as steps. One of these was wobbly and there was no handrail.
