everything is wonderful from the interior to the mattresses, there is a desire to return in the summer

Easy check in, flat is well equipped and nicely decorated. One of the few affordable place during Christmas market period. Outside of the city but center is easily reachable with tram. Nice bakeries options for breakfast within walking distance.

Flat was really cold when we checked in and the next morning due to heating being only available during certain hours. Only one additional blanket for 4 guests. However host was reactive by providing a small radiator the next morning and the rest of the stay was comfortable.

Apartment house is located in a calm part of town easily reachable by public transport (tram 11) to city center. It was our first experience getting just a code to enter the room, but everything was fine.Apartment itself was very nice, clean and there was everything needed in the kitchen for a short stay, even coffee machine with capsules available. Our apartment was situated to the garden, other side close to the road might be a bit noisy. If we come again we will stay here again and will recommend this place to our friends. Thank you!

Modern, cozy, clean and very well equiped apartment. Nice garden wiev from big balcony. Good private parking. Perfect choice for those who value privacy and comfort. Very good value for the price!

very comfortable bed, super easy contactless access, good communication before stay, has all necessary items: toaster, microwave, one electric table top burner, coffee machine, milk foamer, fridge, blow dryer, water boiler

neighbors were heard talking (in the middle of night), so not very sound proof, bathroom didn’t have a bath tub (looked like it in the pictures)

Lovely old house with a lovely, covered wooden balcony. Nice bed, nice bathroom. Very friendly and helpful service. Good location for visiting central Dresden and surroundings.

The building is situated right next to a traffic light at a very busy road. So you simply have to accept a lot of traffic noise and cars and busses breaking and accelerating. Nothing to do about it, that's just how it is. Booking.com often mixes the photos from different rooms, so we honestly had expected a somewhat bigger - and brighter room. Kitchen was etremely basic with few utensils, and one stove for two pots and a pan made little sense to us. Only expect to do very basic cooking.

The apartment was very well maintained with furniture that were aesthetically co-ordinated to give a warm cosy feeling - just like the photos! Ms Comin who manages the place was very helpful when we called her, as we were lost due to roadworks around the area and also we had bought some frozen pizzas from the local supermarket... but realised upon check in that our apartment did not have a multifunction microwave... which she very kindly brought from another apartment for our usage. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definite come back again!

The apartment building shares the estate with a Care Services (Pflegeheim), and for guests who are not aware and lost... as the Reception is on the 1st Floor, we encountered some very hostile and unpleasant issues when we approched one of the staff of the (Pflegeheim) - politely asking for directions. Additionally, the apartment is non-smoking, BUT when enjoying our meals on the Balcony in the mornings and evenings, we could smell cigarette smoke coming from below, where the (Pflegeheim)staff gathered to smoke. The smoke from the cigarettes also tends to linger on the Ground Floor, as guests arrives and this did not create a pleasant welcome - which does little credit to this lovely Ferienwohnung. We would also like to suggest to the Hosts that perhaps the use of laundry machines or iron be mentioned/offered to guests on reservation - as families who travel with kids often need such services to freshen up loads.

The property was well located for exploring. We were 5 people and the apartment was a bit on the small side. However, the very friendly and helpful management more than made up for it. Can definitely recommend staying there.

The nearby road is noisy but as long as the windows are shut it is not a problem. The living room/kitchen is small.
