This is the second time my boyfriend and I staid at this motel. Overall the motel is really beautiful and clean and we definitely loved the private parking you get under your room, but there were some things we didn’t like that definitely concerned us. Our first stay we got a regular room and it was very clean, but we didn’t like the fact that they don’t give you a key to your own motel and you don’t have much control of your own room so it definitely feels uncomfortable in a way that you may feel like people may be going into your room while you’re gone. We only staid for one night that day, so it wasn’t too long. We tried to give it another shot and this second time we staid 2 nights, but got a suite with a jacuzzi in it. The jacuzzi was the best thing ever lol but this second time we staid there we felt even more uncomfortable. Our room was in front of the house keeping and the room next to us was like their room where they kept more supplies in. It sucks because it’s one of the most expensive rooms and it was in front of house keeping and next to their storage room. At first it wasn’t a bother until we kept getting stares every single time we would go in and out, and they would always go into our room to “revise” it which was very sketchy to the both of us. Then at night the people who work there park their cars around the building and it’s very hard for you to get into your parking space in such a tight space. There was even a car playing very loud music at night and was very disrupting when trying to sleep. Going onto the room, the bed was very hard and the bathroom fan was constantly making wheezing noises that just wouldn’t stop every 30 minutes and it would go on for a good 5 minutes. Then to top it off, if you leave the AC on it makes this loud cracking noise here and there and drips a lot of liquid.

Location and staff was good but cleanliness needs to be better

There was lots of hair in shower and hairs in the sink like someone had just shaved it was not pleasant at all

The room and bathroom were both clean.

That you had to be calling staff whenever you would go in or out so they could open/close the garage door.

It was extremely private and neat.

Did not have a key or access to my garage door.
