Had a great stay. The condo was great. Perfect location. We have stayed at Duval square on many occasions and bathrooms were roomer in this one. The property manager responded quickly and was very nice. We will definitely stay there again!! Also loved the check in procedure.

This is a very nice property in an excellent location. You can walk to most main attractions. There are restaurants and a coffee shop under the building and a convenience store around the corner.

Wonderful little vacation!!

We had four adults staying for three nights. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities. The location is perfect - walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The parking is simple and convenient. We would definitely stay again!

This property is in the heart of everything, well appointed, clean, and quiet. The condo has everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. I loved having the parking garage for our vehicle. This is an added bonus since you have to pay for parking wherever you go. Lots of wonderful restaurants just around the corner from this condo. I highly recommend the Cuban cafe across from Subway (best food and coffee around). Thanks for a great place to stay while we made some wonderful memories with our family.

We were so pleased with this location. Perfect set up for my husband and myself, three adult kids and our fifteen year old. We would recommend and plan to stay here again!

The condo was better than the photos. The furniture is updated and bedding was new. The condo is well appointed with everything you need. The hot tub worked GREAT. I literally have nothing bad to say about the space itself. However, the owners are non-responsive. If there is a problem, you are on your own. We called both owners two times and no one ever called back after 4 days. We initially could not find the garage key and, on the 1st night, we had to park in the lot where we could have been towed. The second call was to extend our reservation and they didn't even respond when they could have made 2 more nights stay from us. Poor management!!!

We really enjoyed this home. The location was perfect, tucked away slightly yet so many food, shopping and entertainment options close by. The home had all the necessities and features to make you feel at home. The manager was awesome with responding to any questions. Will definitely recommend!

We loved every second of our stay here. It's perfect location. All the other owners and visitors were so friendly and easy to get along with. We will definitely being staying here again.

We were happy with the property! Before the booking our communication with the host was excellent; however 1 night we locked all the keys to the property inside and we could not get a hold of the host. We left messages and never got a call back. We could not find a local locksmith. My husband was able to climb onto the back porch and get into the property. My only complaint is that there was no emergency contact or way of getting hold of the property owner. Other than that our stay was excellent.

The location of the property is wonderful. The over property is very good. Our condo was good. Just some issues with ants in the kitchen. Otherwise our stay was very good and would stay again!!!!

Great location, within walking distance to almost everything. Check-In process was fairly simple. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, it is dated but we expected that. They provide 3 bath towels per bathroom with a few beach towels. The washer and dryer work great. We also had an issue with ants in the kitchen sink as stated in other reviews. The window AC in the master bedroom is not to my liking. The AC unit blows right at the pillows and is loud, makes sleeping miserable. The showers could use a deep clean. The hot tub did not work, it was barely warm. I messaged the owner twice and never received a response. We could of used another set of keys. The keys in the lockbox provide one key to the gates that allow you access to the condo’s and one key to the apartment door. They keys in the condo provide a keycard to access the parking garage and the condo but not the gates. Therefore, we had issues going separate ways as we all could not have a set of keys. Overall, we would stay again as the price is great compared to other condos within the same complex. We are only at the condo to sleep and shower.

This condo was ideal for our group of 4 adults. We all enjoyed the onsite pool and the great location which made it possible for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. The property was well maintained and appeared as advertised. As we had all visited Key West a number of times in the past, we never felt the need to communicate with the owner; however, we did appreciate having two phone numbers if needed.

We had a great time in Key West. I had a few days with my son before he leaves for deployment. Due to changes by the army to his timeline, i tried to contact the prooerty manager to adjust our rental days. They would not respond despite repeated attempts. I paid for time i could not use. I got no help from vrbo or the owner.

Great place and location. Noisy in the morning with trucks and chickens which can happen on Duval. Poor communication from management. Often did not respond to questions. After you drive in the parking lot look for a store front that says Island 106.9 FM then go through opening on left to find key box on right inside wall. Squeeze both sides and pull open front cover. Enter code then pull on top latch to open inside key box. You need to reenter code to close box. Keys get you through doors to parking ramp where you will find your parking spot and the doors that lead up to the second floor where you will find the condos. The second keys and garage opener are actually on a hook above the kitchen counter by the WI-FI router. Use the directions on the WIFi router, not what is sent to you, to access the WI-FI. If I had some directions like this it would have saved a lot of time and frustration.

Have stayed here 3 or more times, always works out well. Booking for next year already.

The condo is clean and comfortable. More than enough space for two couples or even more. There's a wonderful pool. Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the complex to enjoy. Location is fantastic. Bear with me, because I don't think I've ever left a negative review for ANYTHING before. But here goes: That said, communication with the property owner -and, frankly, VRBO- was a huge fail with this rental. I never received the check-in email until THREE DAYS AFTER I HAD CHECKED IN. Literally. The VRBO website had a lockbox number and code noted approximately 3 days before check-in, but it didn't provide the condo unit number! There are ~30 units and they all look alike. (It's Unit 27, for those of you who -like me- might arrive there and just go door to door looking for a lock that the key works in.) I called, texted, and VRBO-messaged the property owners starting two days before my check-in to ask for specifics, and they never responded. I sent a VRBO message to the VRBO help desk and their app froze. No response. I called the property owners from the property and left a message saying I was there but didn't know which unit to go to... and they never responded. I wound up having to pull up the one photo of the front door from the listing and I wandered up and down the exterior of the units until I found one that looked like the pic, and miraculously, the key worked. I know what you're thinking... maybe VRBO DID send an email and I overlooked it, or it went to spam or trash. Even if that happened, the owners should have responded to any of the 8-10 attempts I made to contact them. But they didn't. Also, be prepared: the central air in the two bedrooms doesn't work, so they've been replaced with window/portable units that are exceptionally loud. It was impossible for any of us to sleep through the night because of the banging of the window units in both bedrooms when they kicked on. I finally just turned them off and used the ceiling fans, which was fine for a late-January stay... but I'm not sure how that would work in warmer months. Last whine: check-out was supposed to be at 11:00am on the final morning, but housekeeping keyed in without knocking at 10:00am. Once the anxiety of check-in was resolved, it was a very pleasant experience... particularly after I turned off the loud portable window unit A/C. I would stay there again, but only because I have since figured out the quirks of the unit and check in.

This property is certainly dated and the second bedroom is so much smaller than the master, but the location is absolutely perfect! I wish the porch area had been cleaned prior to our arrival. We couldn’t sit at the table at all. But the inside was nice and clean. And the kitchen had what we needed. A great place to stay.

Great location. The overall property is a unique setup outside. Very neat. The rental itself is also a neat setup that fits 6 people and mostly clean. There was an ant infestation in kitchen. We had to keep food in fridge or microwave so the ants didnt get in it. The listing iinfo is dated. We had to use backup key because the original key box didnt work. Spa doesn't work at all. Owner didn't respond to that inquiry. Cofee maker is keurig, so buy kcups. Overall clean except sofa bed sheets. Overall price , location and setup met our needs and we had a good time
