Loved the location with views of the river- enjoyed watching hawks, egrets, herons, walkers. Apartment is beautifully decorated and super functional.
The stairs are steep with limited handrails.

It was in a great location only minutes walk away from the Cultural and Historical centre of Kyoto. They had a lot of local information to help us get around.
With a lot of tourists coming from overseas, might be good to update the TVs so that non Japanese speaking family's could relax with netflix or the sort at night.

Great location. Easy to check-in and check-out
Will be nice to have some seats on the balcony.
We didn't have wi-fi signal at nights.
