Breakfast was excellent, choice of South Indian, puri bhaji, bread, eggs to order, juices, fruits, cakes/ pastries. All rooms overlook the sea, AC works fine, toiletries provided. Housekeeping staff excellent and quick to respond. Beach is not crowded at all. Hotel has provided for beach huts, chairs, garden umbrellas, life guard.

The check out is at 9.00 am which makes it very difficult for people who travel on Vande Bharat Puri Hwh or evening trains.

room with two bed it was nice. great location.

washroom has no exhaust system. and there was an kitchen exhaust nearby bathroom window and bathroom had a strong stench of cooking food and smelly fish curry. i asked for odonil or some naphthalene balls. they forgot to put toilet paper.

There was a sea view.

This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room is average, the breakfast was very poor, no selection.

Location is fantastic as well as the breakfast. Easy to get ride to go other places. View from room was outstanding.

- Staffs do not smile and not welcoming at all. - Bed sheets were dirty. Upon requesting bed sheet change the staff started arguing that sheets were cleaned on the same day (changed after back and forth conversation). - Fridge was not working. - Air Condition hanged once restarted. - Commode seat was broken and staffs were aware of it when asked. They were reluctant to fix the commode seat and never felt sorry about it.

Breakfast was horrible.
