Place is nice and big. Super well located and with many cafes and restaurants around. The host Ruth is an incredible guide and has tons of recommendations and good tips. Will definitely recommend for a few days in Lisbon. It's walking distance from the main areas and is pretty peaceful area.

It's missing some of extra amenities that would make your stay even better such as a coffee machine, washing machine, or AC. In October the temperature was still hot but I cannot imagine what it must be in summer. The fan is definitely not enough. And some mosquito repellent options would be great too as every night we had to fight with many mosquitos that kept us awake.

Excellent location with easy access to everything you need. While it's not right in the city center, most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within comfortable walking distance, making it a great base for exploring. The area is also surprisingly quiet at night—we slept very well without any noise or disturbances. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for both couples and solo travelers. The beds were comfortable, and the location makes getting around the city quick and convenient, whether on foot or by public transport. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and practical stay.

The bedroom is super tight, there's basically space only for the bed.

• The location and surroundings (restaurants, bars, shops, night life} are excellent. • The size of the appartement is nice - 50m3- except for the bedroom • The apartment is clean , except for the shower entrance. • Dining table design is nice, although you could discuss the functionality • A lot of outlets, all over. • The response to service claims is very fast. The execution is poor.

• Apartement is noisy (street side); noises from apartments above and below • Space next to the bed is rather small. Difficult to get out at night and risks of bumping • No guidelines for the TV • The showerhead rod is detached from de wall. Promised maintenance repair did not show up • Shower floor is very slippery. Real high risk. Requested anti-slip shower mat not supplied. • Almost empty first aid kit • Outdoor bell is not working. • Kitchen design is weird. Big chance of bumping. • Damaged shower entrance • Floor carpet is worn out. • The freezer in the fridge is totally iced and cannot be used.
