Room need to be renovate. A lot of mosqito prints on the walls. The paint from the ceiling was coming right off

check in was 3 pm and when we call the property owner for early checkin he asked 40 usd extra and we didnt accept. but he sent us code to entry the property 4.55 pm. and never responded calls. No hot water. no Wifi as it describes what the stay includes. Restaurant was ok but a little expensive for that service. The property needs renovation urgently! it was the my worst experience after several properties i have visited in Dominican republic.

The property is such a nice private apartment with amazing facilities such as a bar and restaurant (with a buffet) and of course a pool and a beachfront as on the pictures.

The check-in was a little slow.

The staff was supper friendly and helpful. The property is amazing. Right on the beach! The room or appartment wasn't in the best shape, a little old and worn, but clean and as good condition as it could be. For the price it was an incredible value!
