Mukhlisabegim Hotel

The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the old city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The house is spectacular, with a charming inner courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and very varied. Finally, a special mention for the family, who were incredibly helpful: they arranged our transfers to the train station, even at very inconvenient hours. Highly recommended!

A very nice and typical family-owned hotel in the ancient jewish district of old Bukhara. Nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very good value for money. I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. It is a lovely, friendly family-run hotel, and the price is very fair for the quality. The location is excellent, right in the old city and only about 2 minutes’ walk from Lyabi Hauz. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon!

Great Location: Excellent position for exploring Bukhara. Cleanliness & Breakfast: The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and well-prepared.

Overcharging & Billing Issues: The price on Booking.com was $161 including all taxes. Upon arrival, the property demanded $200, claiming the difference was taxes. When I showed them the breakdown in the app, they claimed it was a calculation mistake and returned $20. However, I still ended up paying $180—$19 more than the confirmed total. In 25 years of traveling all over the world, I have never experienced this. Lack of Hotel Service: Listed as a hotel (not a guesthouse), but during our 3-nights stay, no one came into the room to clean or even empty the trash bins.
