Top Lage, neuwertige geschmackvolle Innenausstattung, romantische Dachterrasse... fantastische Küche in der Tapasbar Colmaito, gleich links beim Hinausgehen in der 2. Seitenstraße. Unbedingt probieren: Salat "Colmaito" und Schweinelendchen in Whisky Sauce.. !!!

Wir mussten nach einer Woche schon wieder weiterreisen...;-(

The apartment was beautiful and perfectly clean, and halfway through our stay the cleaners came to top up our towels and bed linens and freshen the place up, which was a really nice touch. The private terrace was our main reason for choosing the apartment and it didn’t disappoint; it was pretty well kept which is not always the case for a lot of properties, and there were sun loungers and chairs so our whole group could sit up there and even have dinner up their one of the evenings. Just be careful with the umbrella, as it was not weighted down and we were worried it was going to fall over the edge, for this reason we avoided using it which was a shame as it was very hot while we visited. The location was amazing, within walking distance of everything (the cathedral is literally round the corner) and there are supermarkets in the area to stock up the kitchen. An unexpected pro of the property was that there is only one other apartment sharing the building, which I think is run by the same company, this is great as it doesn’t feel like you’re disturbing locals when entering/leaving or using the terrace. All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back!

There was nothing we didn’t like, but it would be great to have a printed guidebook (instructions on how to use things etc) for guests who prefer not to read info on their phone :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Genteel Home Arfe Terrace. Die Lage ist super und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was a very nice two bedroom apartment, bedrooms on different floors with an ensuite each. Perfect for my son and I. Great location, bars and restaurants 1 min walk away.

It wasn’t clean. The white duvet on one of the beds had bright red blood spots and blood smears on the bottom of it. There was thick dust, feathers, elastic band and other rubbish under one of the beds. Dried tooth paste on the bathroom floor, stains on the bathroom wall and kitchen wall. When we reported the blood stains the company offered to change them straight away. We used the washing machine. It finished the work cycle, we opened the door to find our clothes sitting in water. Water spilt on the floor and as we couldn’t find a mop, we walked barefoot and our feet became very black. The company told us if we wanted to use the washing machine again, we should let them know! When the floor became wet I lifted the electric fire and the bottom half of side panel came apart, when I advised the company, they asked if it was still working. No-one came to check it out.
