It was very nice looking and very clean. It was also easy to find and the scenery was beautiful. The kitchen was put together very well, and the appliances appeared to be new which was great. It was also decorated really nice making you feel like you were in the woods, loved that.

There were several issues that made things difficult. 1. The front door opened ok, but we had a hard time locking it. One time we just had to leave it unlocked. We had five adults in the condo, and we could not figure it out. We finally did but it would have been nice to have some instructions. 2. We were never able to use the garage. We had no instructions on how to use the keypad and we tried several times. 3. The fireplace would not come on, and we had to have someone come the next day and fix it. We got instructions on how to start it, but they were incomplete and we had to mess with it for some time before we got it going. It said to use the thermostat on the wall but there were two of them. 4. Starting the TV was a mess. There were so many controls for things, and they were not labeled so it was hit and miss. It took some time to get it going. Our suggestion would be to have a sheet that gave correct and complete step by step instructions for each of these things to make it easier for your residents.

Cozy set up, comfortable beds, easy access to town, and great kitchen!

DVD player did not work properly. Consider getting a new one.

Good location, roomy. Well stocked. Clean. Comfortable living room.

Beds and pillows really need to upgraded. That is our only complaint. No power to the modem so no wifi.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy home!
