The breakfast consisted of homemade food prepared for us every day. We ate in a bright beautifully decorated. The owner of the property was also very helpful as she made suggestions about where we should go and what we should visit. The property is situated very close to the centre in a very quite area of Avola. There was ample parking space on the road just outside the property.

There was nothing we did not like and I highly recommend Green House to anybody wishing to spend some days in Avola.

Fantastic homemade breakfast (some focaccia and pastries). Hosts nice and communicative, even though they don't really speak English. The room looked exactly like on the photos and was clean. We parked the car on the street right next to the entrance without any issues. No issues with late check-in (22:00). Good location if you want to go to Cavagrande del Cassibile (~20 minutes by car)

The bathroom was quite small and hard to manouver in. Around 20 minutes walking from the centre of Avola (even though there isn't much to see there)

I like the design of Green House, every detail is with style, nice and cozy, especially I love the terrace for the breakfast and little garden with lemon tree to sit at the evening. Owner was nice and kind.

There is not kitchen as it is told in listing, the only thing what is there is coffee machine, water kettle and fridge, cups and plates. The bed sheet was synthetic. Also there were no electricity periodically all evening and all night long so the heater could not heat our room. Luckily we booked this place only for one night. probably the electricity system could not take all the heaters as it is end February and there were other guests. It might be that in the summer everything is fine.

Home atmosphere, really nice hostess. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with not only sweet food. Good location somewhat between city center and beaches. Not loud, and it seemed to be really loud sometimes on main street and city center (hexagon). B&B decorated with great style (lots of reusable things) and heart! Fantastic value for money. Great location for visiting neighbour cities and Avola beaches (we walked or used train). I totally recommend this place if you don't need someone to be always ready for you at reception (hostess told we can ask for anything at Booking chat).

Such a nice family host who will help you regarding everything Avola related. For non-Italian tourists as us this was a great place in Sicily to spend the vacation. Many thanks to Martin and his wife. Very good breakfast with many sweets.

We had a great stay at this place. Elena and her family were welcoming and friendly. They helped with everything they could. They provided beach accessories like umbrellas and swimming rings, which is a big plus. The breakfast was every day tasty and homemade.

Everything was nice. Maybe next time we would rent a car/bike to make our stay even more enjoyable because you have to walk for 15 minutes to the beach and when it's really hot outside, that walk can be quite painful.

We stayed only for 1 night but the hosts welcomed us as if were staying longer. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast served in a beautiful terrace by our host.

First of all, i would like to mention that green house has a unique and cozy atmosphere. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the furniture gave the room a very nice spirit. The rest of the house was also very clean and elena and her mother seem to take very good care of it. Green house also offers breakfast which is very delicious and home-made by elena and her mother. This is how you want to start a perfect day in your vacations.. Moreover they gave us great tips and were very welcoming and warmhearted. Perfect hosts! It was maybe the best stay i ever had, i would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you, elena, and your whole family!

Perfect place to stay at when visiting Sicily. Walking distance (around 10-15 minutes of slow walk) to the beach, close to various restaurants and food stores. Quiet place, very clean and comfortable. Hosts are super nice and friendly, after few days of stay you feel like you leave your friends, not some random people. Delicious breakfast included (homemade pancakes, jams, sweet bread spreads, cakes, focaccia, variety of beverages). You can borrow some beach umbrellas.

Really nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. They made space so that I could store my bike securely. Home made breakfast was limitless.

Overpriced accommodation for a poorly furnished room with shared bathroom. Very noisy.

Lovely family, very helpfull, exeptional breakfast, very clean, top wifi, you can cook your own food in the well equipped kitchen. A recommendation is to have a car so you can experience the area.
