Ubicación buena, bonitas áreas comunes

No recomiendo quedarse en la habitación solo de ventilador es muy pequeña y calurosa. Pero el hotel muy limpio y bonito. Las demás habitaciones se veían cómodas.

La habitacion estába sucia, las sábanas sucias, el baño sucio lleno de cabello por todos lados, el desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado el agua se quedaba represada, la habitación olía a mucha humedad, no había papel higiénico en el baño, el servicio al cliente malo cero atentos ignoran al huésped por completo

Only a few blocks from the beach, the pool is open until 9pm at night. The view from the rooftop is excellente.

There were renovations on the rooftop, but that's to be expected sometimes at hotels.

Todo el ruido q se escucha en el cuarto, no se puedes descanse, la cocina y el cuarto de herramientas está en el pasillo de las habitaciones, imposible descansar

Se nos perdió un cuchillo, q teníamos en la mesa cuando desayunamos, lo habíamos traído para partir alimentos q llevamos y al momento de recoger los platos se lo llevaron y lo dieron por perdido

Staff is nice and pool is also good.

It’s the kind of place that looks fantastic from outside, unfortunately (my personal opinion) I didn’t like the inside. rooms are a bit disorganised and the space is not well distributed, pillows are not comfortable at all along with bed. the way into the rooms is just a long small hall with no enough space to walk properly, and the fan made a lot of noise. At the end when we were about to leave, I was requested to go back to room and bring back the towels and remote controllers for tv and air condition which i believe is something their service could afford to do. To sum up, we were very excited since we wanted to stay here from a long time ago and this was our first time. it’s not worth the money paid.
