Large luxury 6bdrm, just steps to the beach, private pool, world class golf
Luxus 6bdrm 6bath Haus nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt (18 Personen). Beheizter Pool und Whirlpool. 8 Fernseher im Haus. Kabel, Roku, AppleTV. W-lan. AC, alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Nur wenige Schritte den Gehweg hinunter (keine Straßen zu überqueren) ist der Strand. Breiter, schöner, nicht überfüllter Strand (nicht in der Nähe des öffentlichen Strandzugangs). 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Strand entlang zum Sea Pines Beach Club, Bar, Restaurant, Treffpunkt mit Live-Musik. Fabelhaftes Golf in der Nähe. Probieren Sie Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes oder die PGA Heritage Classic-Kurse - alle innerhalb von 5 Autominuten. Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, direkt vor der Hintertür befindet sich ein Privatstrandweg. Kein öffentlicher Strandzugang, daher ist unser Strand sehr ruhig und nicht überfüllt.
4 Kingsize-Betten, ein Zimmer mit 4 Etagenbetten, ein Zimmer mit einem Queen-Rollbett und 2 Ausziehsofas. 6 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Vollbad.
Whirlpoolwärme ist keine zusätzlichen Kosten, Poolwärme kostet zusätzlich 400 US-Dollar pro Woche. Von April bis Oktober wird die Poolheizung jedoch definitiv nicht benötigt. Auf Hilton Head ist der Sommer die Hauptsaison. Aber Frühling und Herbst sind im Hilton Head sehr schön, ideal für Strand, Golf, Tennis und Radfahren, nur weil es nicht so voll und nicht so heiß ist. Die Restaurants sind offen, aber leicht zugänglich und nicht überfüllt. Genießen Sie College- oder Profifußball in der örtlichen Bar Ihres Teams.

We had an amazing stay! The pictures truly don’t do this property justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortably accommodated all four of our families. The property owners were responsive, helpful, and quick to address our concerns about the pool and patio cleanliness upon arrival. They took care of it the very next morning. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was out 2nd year at this home and we will stay there again in the future. Wonderful home and outside areas. Location close to a great beach is perfect. The property manager provided very attentive service -- always clear and useful communications. Our best experience in Hilton Head/Sea Pines. Thank you.

Positives: The # of rooms and space were very nice! Rooms were very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals and refrigerator space for the whole family. Plenty of space to move around inside. Big windows to let in the light. We enjoyed the week despite the construction to the pool/patio area. Arrived to find a nice welcome basket of chips and salsa and wine along with passes to the Harbortowne pool. The new pool/patio will be awesome when complete! The beach area was terrific. We love the wide beach and easy access! Thanks for a week of memories! The kids loved the bunks and upstairs TV.
Negatives: The large open living area had little sound absorption so lots of echoing when talking, cooking or watching TV. The grill worked but difficult to control temp as burners were not working properly. Communication about the renovation left room for interpretation based on the pictures in the VRBO ad and general communication with host. Be aware that it is a complete reconstruction of the pool area—the pool and patio in the VRBO pic do not exist. It would really help renters if they could see what is presently taking place with pics through messaging. Not a deal breaker just want people to know the info. As a renter, it would be helpful to see the space and know expected work schedules while on vacation for this type of construction. The host did provide a big discount.
This one is definitely worth checking out for summer of 2023! We love HHI!
