We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. Great house that is close to the beach and a number of great restaurants nearby. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, would highly recommend.

This property is a MUST for large groups! We had 14 family members ranging from 7 - 80. Everyone was comfortably tucked away in their own rooms and the two outdoor areas offered incredible comfort to gather. This property is perfectly situated to the best restaurants in town and we all enjoyed the incredible spa and yoga experience at the hotel next door. Finally, Carolina, who runs the property, is phenomenal! She helped us plan prior to the trip and supported us to the end. The entire family (and a well traveled family) was taken back at the wonderful experience. Daily ocean visits just moments from the property. Sunset views, surfing and simply taking in the beauty of the area. We are so grateful we found this place. The staff was wonderful. We would absolutely return!

January Visit
First, the location is one of the best in Santa Teresa. The rooms are large and the beds are large. The staff is very friendly and was very helpful. The two non-attached bedrooms have been recently remodeled as well. Big screen TVs in each room as well. We really enjoyed the property. I would stay at the property again. There was some construction going on when we were there, but that shouldn't affect future guests. For the price and location, this was a great property.

Amazing Communication and Accomodations!
Mauricio was always very quick to respond to my myriad of questions about our stay months prior to ever leaving. My husband and I have traveled many times to Costa Rica but wanted to give our entire family this wonderful gift to experience the magic of the country! We are a family of 21, 9 parents, 4 grandkids over 18, 5 grandkids 11-16 and 3 grandkids 5-8...phew!! Upon arrival, after a long night of flying and a five hour bus ride, I felt like I'd known Mauricio for years, we welcomed each other with a hug. The Dreamcatcher is an amazing hotel and we were able to rent the entire place for 6 glorious days. It was neat and clean and all 7 rooms were cleaned daily. They even offered my husband and I a room change to a much larger suite which we thoroughly enjoyed! We had a darling cook, Elida, fix breakfasts for us each day, Luis was a delightful host each morning taking our orders and serving us. Tiago was also a great assistant who was always right there to answer any questions we had. Carolina, Mauricio's sister brought our groceries from Liberia to the hotel so we would have lunch and snacks for our family, she was also quick to help us with whatever we needed. The setting of this delightful hotel is incredible, just a short walk to the beach out the back door and shopping, restaurants and markets out the front door! The littles enjoyed the resident pig Pumba and the delightful and friendly chickens! The pool was a big hit with all of the grandkids. I loved having ALL of us together for a few days in this magical town of Santa Teresa and the beautiful Dreamcatcher Hotel! Book a stay, you'll love it and the entire staff!!

Beautiful Villa and very accommodating hosts. We rented the entire Villa in the offseason and it was more than enough room for 12 adults. Concierge and hosts were very accommodating and we utilized them for board rentals and breakfast service. Great for Large groups.
