Projekt GASTRAUM

Außergewöhnliche Zimmer. Wie im Museum. Kaffe, Tee und Wasser während des Aufenthaltes kostenfrei. Unkomplizierter Check in.

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was wonderful, and the host was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Heel leuk voor de kinderen. Super leuke stapelbedden, boxhandschoenen, mini tafel voetbal etc.

Er was geen koelkastje o.i.d. waar je even iets in kon doen

We stayed here one night with our family mid August and loved the first impression: very nice building and decor. Self check-in was easy and the mosquito net was a nice touch. If the listing had been accurate and the compensation had been paid as promised, this would have been a much better experience.

As it was very warm at the time, and because we wanted to spend the last night of our trip with our family in one room, we had specifically searched for a family room with air conditioning, and were willing to pay more than in other places nearby. On arrival however, the family room turned out to be two separate rooms with a bathroom in the hallway (hallway shared with other people), and only one of the rooms had air conditioning. This was not clear from the listing at the time of booking, and the host acknowledged the listing was not correct. The night was indeed warm and stuffy in the room without airco, and the bed (about 2 meters above the floor) and towels (very small in size) were below expectations for the price. The host kindly agreed to a €50 compensation for the misleading description. After a reminder they promised to transfer it end of August. Two months later and after several polite reminders we still haven't received it.
