This apartment was perfect. From communication with Francis prior to arrival & throughout.
The apartment was very clean, large, great location and facilities.
We used the parking space.
Pool area, community club and tennis/football, gated community was all great.
We would love to return.
Area very nice. Shops. Restaurants. Metro line outside the gates.
Brach very nice and about 5 min walk.

The property was everything we were looking for. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the facilities (swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court and football pitch) were all excellent and kept the teenagers entertained and was safe and secure.
Central location for where we wanted to be within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and the beach, all of which were very reasonable in comparison to UK prices. There were also good transport links with tram and bus services.

The property had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, safe and so comfortable. The owner had toys for kids, kitchen supplies, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Francis was so super helpful and really looked after us. For a family of 4 with 2 young kids, it was the most comfortable and relaxing holiday we have ever had. Thank you Francis.

This accommodation is perfect! The location is outstanding - a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The tram stops in front of the building, and there is a lovely group of shops and restaurants adjacent to the building. We were able to get everything we needed from the businesses next door, including fresh fruits/veggies, groceries, and items from the pharmacy. We also got the most delicious arroz and baked goods all within a 2-minute walk. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and had everything we need, and the community amenities such as the pool are exceptional. Francis is a wonderful host who thought of everything, from the well-stocked kitchen to the beach and tennis supplies. We absolutely loved our stay - it was ideal in every way.
We only wished we could have stayed longer. It was wonderful!
