In short, I think the house has a lot of potential, but hasn't quite capitalized on it. Good location within the city. Big bedrooms, with their own bathrooms. Good beds. Bathrooms and toilets are recently nicely redone. It was clean. We definitely would visit again.

Then on to why it did not get a 9/10. The cutlery, bowls and pans (no cutting boards!) were not nearly enough to accommodate the number of people advertised. The dining chairs for the high dining table were flimsy, evidenced by the fact that two were already broken. The two replacement chairs did not fit the table, so you're akwardly far away from the it. The living room portion could have used a few more chairs. We brought some down from the bedrooms to have a seating area, so there is enough room to make it a tad more accommodating. All in all, this house is about 500 euro worth of supplies, furniture and care away from that 9 out of 10, which I think is just a shame.

Villa des Ursulines is a whole house on the corner in the foot distance from the Basilica of Our Lady of Saint-Cordon. It is a three-level house. The first level has a small living room and a big kitchen with a dining room. On the fort and second level, there is a two-room, altogether four rooms. Each room can accommodate two (one also three) persons. In the kitchen, you have all equipment that you need to prepare any meal. Thre is a big high table in the dining room. On 5 minutes' walking distance is a big grocery store. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The main square is 7 minutes walking distance. The tram is on 10 minutes of walking distance.

there was only one toilet on the ground floor, whereas the rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor.
