Beautiful property, good location and Lilly on reception was very nice and helpful.
That there wasn’t travel information available. One lady on reception was quite rude!

We loved that The Alicia was outside the main tourist area as we could shop at "normal" shops and it was quiet.
Our room was at the top of the house, and had an ensuite and aircon plus a fridge.
The access to a kitchen all day was terrific, and the breakfast was all we wanted. Lovely place where we would stay again.
The steps up to the top of the house are quite steep especially when you have luggage, but it was a god cardio workout for my husband!

Great location and the host was very attentive and accommodating as we arrived at midnight, so they left the key in a lockbox for us

I was only there for 3 nights and was meeting up with friends , so didn't really interact with the guest house. I'm sure the staff would have been fine . I didn't expect a 5 star hotel , but the comments led me to believe it would be quieter than it was . Guests probably aren't aware of the echoing noise they make moving round the rooms and scraping chairs ...
It all depends on who else is in the house with you at the time . On the Saturday and Sunday someone was walking around the bedroom above me till after 1.30 am , which kept me awake , despite earplugs .But on the Monday night the room seemed unoccupied and I was undisturbed .
