Excellent place to stay to visit not just Shrewsbury but the surrounding countryside too

Rooms very clean, comfortable and in good order. Quiet too, staff lovely and breakfast very good. Excellent value for money

Room was clean

Breakfast was limited and ran out of items so had to wait over ten minutes to be replenished. This was worse than a premier inn but more expensive

Very nice hotel, comfortable with friendly staff

Room was very spacious and clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and shower easy to work. Breakfast was top quality. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

No plug for the bath although I didn’t ask for one (the shower was very good)

Consistent and reliable .

Stayed here many times It’s out of town with an ample care park and easy to get onto all major routes so an ideal stop off for trips to north wales etc . Clean and spacious rooms and quiet in general apart from odd racer cars from the dual carriageway. The breakfast is a bonus and it plentiful and really relaxed in the morning with little fuss or ceremony : a big buffet with everything you really want ! Unless I have to be in the town centre : this is my hotel of choice …

It is far from town so definitely would need to book taxis if heading into town for anything or drive .

Very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Very spacious room and a nice big bed. Plenty of room in the shower that also had a rail and a seat.

I would stay there again as long as I had what I paid for !

Breakfast was good Some of the staff were excellent Location Clean Lounge area where family could meet up

The booking was messed up booked single beds and paid for an upgrade that I never got but we were compensated. I would have rather have had what I booked months before as had a terrible 2 nights sleep which spoiled my weekend.

Stay the hell away

Nothing room was damaged

Everything room was damaged before we actually lay in bed and got charged £150 extra for things we didn't damage

A good base to explore the area.

We would have given the room a 10 if it had 2 chairs in a a twin room, we stayed for 5 days to explore Shrewsbury & the area.

With regards to breakfast a bigger, better toaster it wasn’t worth the hassle & time to do it. Ideally, a regular supply of warm plates available for the cooked breakfast.

Remote hotel but taxis are readily available into Shrewsbury, £8.50 to £10 each way.

Exceptionally comfy bed, I was told that they have recently been replaced so brand new.

Some traffic noise, busy road behind building, would ask for room facing front next time.

Filthy room. More than one staff member walking in our room when we should have had the privacy we deserved. We had driven a long way and wanted to rest in the room but this was impossible. REALLY REALLY NOT HAPPY. Definitely will NOT be staying here again

Great place to stay, good value for money

Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Good housekeeping. Would recommend as long as you're prepared to travel into Shrewsbury centre.

Not much to like..

Old, dated hotel. Rooms need updating. Had dead flies around the tv and bathroom. Shocked to see!
