Holiday Inn Milton Keynes Central by IHG

Staff were amazing, so friendly and great service. Pool was lovely and restaurant was nice too.

More milk in the room-I had to keep asking at Reception. Also I was expecting free parking but it was very expensive! There was a lot of it though.

Great facilities spacious room and good location.

Issue with the sink, kept filling up with water and wouldn’t go down, otherwise all good.

Everything - we have stayed here before and we will be back again before Xmas for another stay. Staff can’t do enough for you, so helpful and friendly, restaurant and bar area are immaculate and relaxing. We love the swimming pool and swim every day that we stay. Such a nice added bonus and it’s well maintained and a really nice option to use the pool when you’re here. Rooms are so super comfy, beds are too nice - you don’t want to get up lol. Absolutely immaculate and quiet and peaceful

I’m old skool - I would prefer a hand held menu for room service and meals etc - just find it easier than the online trying to read on my phone.

The location great very close to shops. The room was clean & comfortable. Bed was excellent!

Room was gloomy even during daytime as it had no natural day light. The lighting in room was appalling a few lamps in the corners. Only the bathroom was well lit. One Broken lift out of service for 2 days I spent there over the busiest weekend they have all year. Not enough staff on duty.
