Best Western Melbourne City

The room was good, but the work space in the "ShoeBox" room was a little small. Location was great. The staff were really helpful with the parking and letting us know what was around the hotel

The Bed for me was great, but my parents who had another room found the beds to be too hard. Parking was offsite, but luckily the rain stayed away

Fantastic location. Clean bed.

This hotel was cheap but it felt really cheap and I felt disappointed as I thought Best Western could be counted on to be good. There was mould on the tiny shower. I'm not that big but couldn't get dressed in the bathroom area. On arrival staff weren't friendly. Tea bags and small milk want replaced for second day so I had to request. I had to plug kettle into bathroom point on tiny shelf as there was nowhere else for it. As I say, cheap but I do expect some basics and I've been staying in a lot of places and wouldn't recommend this I'm afraid.
