Made commute easier

check-in was a bind. Needed photo ID, unaware of this. Take a penny from your account- would be nice if they paid it back. Checking is harder than it needs to be- They do not use the PIN number that BOOKING.com issued. Lots of stairs to room

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location, just a short walk from South Kensington Tube Station, is excellent and makes it easy to explore the area. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. To be honest, the hotel really saved my bacon after another hotel, which I had booked the day before, turned out to be fully booked. This was the only hotel able to accommodate me at short notice. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby, including the lovely Spanish tapas restaurant Brindisa, along with several great pubs, all within a very short walking distance. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily stay here again.

Just some tea and coffee facilities would have been good for the room, but not a problem as there are plenty of cafes around.

Friendly receptionists. Great location very close to South Kensington tube. Ten minutes walk to Royal Albert Hall. Plenty of eating places around. Short tube journey into central London. Comfy bed and good shower. Recently upgraded room. Clean and simple. Locked luggage storage. Able to do check-in paperwork, store suitcase then just pick up key later.

PARKING IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!! Thankfully we didn't risk bringing the car and parked at Watford Junction instead, caught the train into Euston, then tube to here. Permit parking on streets around, single yellow lines with parking restrictions. Stairs weren't a problem to us but could be for many. There was no fridge or kettle in our room.

Bathroom was actually very clean, sheets also very clean and there were proper mattress protectors on the beds.

Inside of the kettle was gross with calcium build up. Carpet was old and a bit nasty and no aircon made for an uncomfortable night sleep.
