Très bien placé pour les nombreuses balades. Le personnel très disponible. Le petit déjeuner garni par des produits locaux de haute qualité. Très élégant le restaurant et bonne qualité du diner, mais vu la haute gamme une belle nappe blanche serait beaucoup plus adaptés au niveau.

J’avais d’autres attentes par rapport à la chambre mais en ce qui concerne la grandeur mais le côté charmant prend le dessus. L’éclairage de la chambre est insuffisant, surtout pour lire ou écrire au pupitre.

This was a very comfortable stay in a very grand hotel. My room was snug but comfortable, with views of the mountain. The in house restaurant was very good, for breakfast and dinner. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also had a locked area for parking your bicycle. 👍 It was also the hotel highest up the slopes, that I could tell, so a few more meters of walking/biking to get there!

dissapointed restaurant was closed but actualy a bonus as reception organised excellent resraurants and a chaufer driven car

Alpe d'Huez isn't exactly a nice town, it's an artificial mountain resort town with a corresponding atmosphere. But, you're here for the mountains, so just ignore that part.
