the room’s nothing working the AC and the telephone not working

Very helpful staff and beautiful garden with really nice pool.

Feels like a small resort. Pool was lovely. Staff very nice and helpful. The coffee shop La Baguette beside it was great for coffee and lunch. Their cakes were so good. Walking distance to Terminal 21. The restaurant La Ferme beside it was excellent. On Friday and Saturday nights they have a small Tiffany Show which was excellent

Nothing really. it was shame that their restaurant on site wasn’t busy as it was really nice but we were the only 2 people to dine all night

Love the location and ambience of the resort, this was our 5th time staying here. The pools are great to chill at, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is yummy.

the overall cleanliness standard of the resort has fallen a bit.

The best hotel/resort in Pattaya I have stayed at for the value. 15 years I have been coming to Thailand for my holidays and I will be booking again at Woodlands

NO PROBLEMS , BIT UPSET I DID NOT SEE THE ASIAN MANAGER SHE IS A GOOD FRIEND I BELIEVE SHE WAS MANAGING THE OTHER SIDE AT THE TIME, I WILL BE BACK AGAIN IN JUNE OR JULY THIS TIME ON MY OWN AS I WILL BE RECOVERING FROM ANOTHER KNEE REPLACEMENT THE POOL IS GOOD REHAB, SEE YOU SOON ALAN GRANT

The bed is so comfy

No lift and we stay on 3rd level.A bit too hard for mum even I requested it but fully booked

The rooms are large, with a nice shower, nice balcony, comfortable beds (although the pillows weren't great) and lots of space. The swimming pool is great and there are several nice areas to relax. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, it took a while for the staff to sort out our booking as we had made it under two different bookings. This resulted in them making a mistake and us being slightly undercharged. Not a major issue but it should have been done properly on check in. Also, the breakfast wasn't made easy for us to pay for and get.

The bed and the pool was great

There was so mosquitoes and i did ask them to spray it.Most of the room is clean but quite dusty on tue phone and bedside table

Had to change rooms, first room was twin not double as requested and also had a strong bad drain smell. New room; unable to get hot water, aircon failed, room safe missing, telephone didn’t work so not possible to get reception or house keeping, some electrical sockets not working. Despite pointing out that phone wasn’t working and no hot water a few times they remained unresolved by the time I checked out. Room safe was installed but no batteries were put in it, despite mentioning it, it remained like that also on day of check out. A little frustrating considering the price of the resort

Location is good, the rooms are clean and quiet.

No lifts to floors, and pool was a bit dirty and unkept. Lots of leaves in pool.

Shower water amount and pressure was too low: need more water volume

Breakfast is excellent. We stayed at the pool view rooms and it was very good as my daughter can swim when she likes.

Green, Center, Easy going staff.
