Inhabit Queen's Gardens, a Member of Design Hotels

We stayed here for a festival and checked in our bags early. We wanted to freshen up and the hotel were kind enough to let me use their spa facilities despite being early for check in. The room was nice, albeit very small for the cost. Trade off here is that you’re ultimately paying to stay in a fantastic area of London. Ideal room for one to two nights.

Small-ish rooms and some paintwork that needed a bit of a touch up. Otherwise happy stay.

Location, sustainability, and vibe. They had wonderful smell throughout the hotel.

Poor WiFi connection and to watch television, you had to sign on. Casting did not work because of WiFi issues.

This a well located hotel in a quiet area. The rooms a very clean and cozy. Good breakfast.

Decor and some of the staff were outstanding especiaaly Amman? in the restaurant.

Allocated room in the basement. We paid for a cosy room but not to be shoved into a basement room with the feel of dungeon with one small window with any light. I complained and was moved to a much better room on the first floor but only on the seond day.. Initially, we were lied to and told that the basement rooms were larger than those above. Our new room was in fact much larger with a table and chairs. Our dungeon had no chair but a small chest to sit on which was wonky and potentially dangerous. and therer was nowhere to hang the towels after a shower. In addition, our new room was freezing cold and when I asked for heating nothing happened because the heating apparently was turned on in ouir vacated room! I spent the whole afternoon feeezing in the room until I complained again and finally had some heat. I would have thought that a hot drink sent to the room after freezing an 85 yr old client for 4hr would have been a thouightful.
