Karlık Evi Hotel - Special Category

We are a group of 4 women and stayed at the Karlık evi for 4 nights. The owner Abdullah and his staff are super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile for us and solved all requests. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Our rooms were really spacious and we liked the antique and artful furnishings a lot. The Hotel is just about 7 minutes away from the Uçhisar castle, but around the hotel it's very quiet and peaceful. We felt like home at Karlık evi and hope to visit again.

Beautiful hotel decorated with art and antiques. The garden is stunning. Our room was huge with a large terrace and an amazing view of the castle. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast is a feast.

There were lots of windows in our room so the light was great during the day but we found the lighting in the room needs improvement. The bath/shower set up in the bathroom wasn’t ideal. Despite these things we would still stay here again if we ever came back to the region.

Starting from the staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly.. helped us book a balloon tour that was very reasonably priced. Could not have done any more to make us feel at home. The room was wonderful, large, charming room with big windows and a small terrace too. Very peaceful and quiet. Within a 3 min walk you are in town.. 7 mins you are at the Castle. Breakfast was an incredible spread of beautiful local breads, cheeses, olives, jams and much more... all served to your table in the garden. We had a fantastic week at Karlik Evi.. Highly recommended.

- bathroom needs 100% renovation, new and contempory toilets, shower, etc - all very old and overloaded - minibar: when opening door, fridge falls over - breakfast/coffee way to late at 8:30am - no TV - telephone does not work for calls - room cleaning very strange, we departe 9+ am and returned ca. 13:30-14:00 - rooms were never made til then - very loud, each and every door bangs with each guest
