The entrance is on the 9th floor, so you must ride the glass elevator down, through the floor, to your rooms. There's also a pool, saunas, a jacuzzi, and even a massage (for a fee)

Great value for money! Great location at Carmel center near the carmelit station. Usually costs more but it was a great value for money on independence day. Staff were lovely, parking was free specifically on our stay (usually isn't). Very clean and amazing bay view.
While the lobby was upscaled with great modern design, the room was a little outdated and the interior was literally a little old (e.g. the wooden doors for the bathroom and closet were a little bloated and didn't open and close properly). Our specific room was close to the lobby which was a little noisy on fri-sat. With all that being said, it didn't take away from the experience which was GREAT!

The front desk staff was wonderful, did their best. The location is great and the view was extraordinary.
Close yo the zoo and underground Carmelit.
The TV was busted. The tec guy couldn't fix it, I asked for an HDMI cable, the man had no idea what I was talking about. Two technicians came to explain what the cord was that I had asked for.
Very belittling. Highly recommend to bring your own computer and HDMI cord.
