Awesome accommodation in every way from the inside and Entry procedure. ..Besides the Parking for Elderly or physically impaired.

Parking was in unlocked parking lot down the road,with all the break ins and car thefts happening in Napier There was nowhere designated nearby to unload luggage ,the cleaning lady looked like she just came out of a session with Bob Marley in her rasta tee shirt,shorts and the hair..wow.. very unprofessional appearance,no uniform. I would not be happy to let her into room with my belongings,and I am a Maori.Perhaps providing her with a uniform and to tie her bush up may portray a more professional look ,which is what I would expect paying top dollar.No disrespect to the lady,but totally not Kool Management. When I complained about noises on roof there was no response to my concerns.At the time their was Scaffolding around dome and we suspected idiots had climbed up on roof..there was definitely something up there about 2am..And no Alcohol was involved on our side.

Location was great, view was lovely from one side of the property.

Not clean and not what I would describe as luxury. For what we paid, we’re disappointed with the state of the apartment. There was black mould on the blinds, dirty bathroom, kitchen cabinetry water logged and falling apart. Very odd layout.

Staff could be friendlier over the phone, no direct contact, more could be done with the terrace (shade and/or lounge)

The room was beautifully presented and had a great view over Napier beach. Instructions on accessing keys for room entry was easy to follow. Napier city and dining was in close proximity so very happy. No car parking available but parking on street from 6pm to 8am was free and worked for us.

We had easy friendly access to the unit. Unfortunately a text had been sent to us telling us there was scaffolding but as we live remotely we did not receive the text in time so it was a shock when we arrived. However the unit itself was immaculately clean and comfortable with a large comfortable bed. The scaffolding was of course not the fault of the business but deflected from the magnificent seaview that we had asked for.

Scaffolding, No safe parking nearby unless reserved. It was stressful worrying about our vehicle. My friend has mobility issues.

Size of the room, although sharing a kitchen with others was not up there for me.

Excellent location in the heart of Napier. Wonderful view from our apartment. Easy instructions on location and very welcoming host.

Difficult to park for unloading of suitcases.

Traffic could be heard all night. Shower head leaked and extractor fan didnt work in bathroom.
