The Venue Al Harithia Hotel

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The team was welcoming, kind, and attentive. Special thanks to Reem from Guest Relations for her thoughtful follow-up and care. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

Nothing to mention. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything is excellent

Nothing

This was our first time staying at the hotel since it became “The Venue.” Al-Harthiya Hotel has always been our favorite hotel in Al Madinah, but this time we noticed a remarkable transformation especially when it comes to customer service. Ms. Fatimah, Lujain, and Reem always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed anything, it was just a WhatsApp message or a phone call away. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and best of all, the air was always fresh and pleasant. We stayed in a studio with two bathrooms, which we found at a great price. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were very impressed. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing to complain about. The only thing that might prevent us from coming back is the “free cancellation” policy. During peak seasons and holidays, it can be difficult to make a reservation with a free-cancellation option and we completely understand why. However, having a more flexible cancellation option would make it much easier for us to plan our stays and book with confidence.
