Friendliness, easy access and clear instructions. Welcoming and most importantly friendly and helpful. This hotel has proved very successful with making their guests feel very safe and welcome. The way I was welcomed and treated really showed that every person working here loves their job. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and booking again. On another note, every member of their staff that I’ve dealt with felt very original and happy. I certainly enjoyed the friendliness of the room cleaning ladies as they said bye to me with a very warm smile that made my day. Their food is more than perfect especially at the restaurant downstairs where they serve the best breakfast and lunch with a great top class seating area.
Price could have been a bit more flexible but on the same dates I have seen hotels that had higher prices but are nothing like Divan.

Slow wifi, outside is loud (couldn't sleep well), rooms not so clean, staff wasn't so professional, The hotel worker came in before we checked out to our room while we were there to check if we used the minibar 🤦♂️

Everything is good we had some Ac problem immediately they sended someone he fixed we can recommend to everyone. Especially duty manager Gurbet amazing she know how the speak with the guest I like her job

The staff let me Checked in so early was so grateful for that and they upgraded my room which was so nice. I definitely recommend the hotel its in the heart of taksim so close. The staff was so great and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much

1- The hotel manager Mr. Sinan, he is very helpful and cheerful and tries to meet all our needs as soon as possible.
2- The reception team is always cheerful and helps always .
Although all the hotel facilities are clean, as well as the rooms, the cleaning staff needs more training on how to clean the bathrooms more accurately

You got tired of stealing my money from my card! Attention everyone! Do not show them your credit card otherwise they will charge and charge it after you leave and I will definitely sue you! You are thieves and I will never return to you! They tricked me into writing a good review, and after I wrote it, they started withdrawing money from the card without my knowledge! Wait for legal action if I don't get my money by tomorrow! Everything was smooth easy and nice. Staff were very polite and well trained. Hey yere very helpful. And the most important for me: the room was clean and quiet. No body was smoking around on my floor like other Hotels so you get all their smoke through AC in your room in the middle of the night. My stay was perfect. I' ll go back for sure.

oriental look and feel - good services and cool place near taxim place are perfect, Divan restaurant depandance at the new Istanbul port was very kind to us
roomservice had sometimes issues (communication, sevice level), window to main road was defect (noise)
