Handy location near buses to Southport and Main Beach, connecting with light rail and comfortable night's sleep.

I stayed there for 2 nights, in the Family Suite, and I had a fantastic stay. The staff were extremely hospitable, and I got to do my laundry too. It was very clean, quiet facility with lots of eating places nearby (short 5 minutes drive). It's a very central location, with good parking facilities.

They did not inform me that, on weekends, check-in was only available until 4:00 PM. When I first arrived, I was told that it was too early to check in, which was fair and not a problem. However, they never mentioned that the check-in deadline was 4:00 PM. I went out to spend some time with my partner, and at around 3:30 PM, I received a call from the motel informing me that I had to check in before 4:00 PM. I explained that I was at least 30 minutes away and asked if I had enough time to get an Uber. This put me in a very stressful situation, as I had to rush back to the motel and could not even finish my meal. Unfortunately, when I finally arrived and checked into the room, the condition of the room was absolutely horrendous. The bathroom door was damaged and could not even be properly closed. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort. I understand that check-in times can vary, but this information should have been clearly communicated to me in advance. Being given such short notice and then arriving to a room in such poor condition made the entire experience extremely disappointing.
