La ubicación y las instalaciones están acordes al precio.

Mi habitación estaba en el 6º nivel, frente al ascensor y éste hacía mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar la puerta. Durante el día no se escuchó, pero por la noche fue muy molesto.

Mi evento de Movilidad Eléctrica era en el Sheraton Presidente. Elegí alojarme en el Courtyard por el cargador de autos eléctricos. Viajé desde Guatemala en un auto eléctrico. Felicitaciones por tener éste servicio. Consideren incrementar la cantidad de cargadores en el futuro cercano.

Más agil el proceso de conectar el cargador eléctrico. Había que buscar al encargado cada vez que quería cargar.

Location of the Hotel

The horrible behaviour of the man and woman attending reception. My booking had been cancelled before our arrival and had no alternatives for our accomodation. Both employees were extremely rude.

Perfect location! Staff was professional and kind! Security were muy Amable!

Only when traveling for work do I stay in hotels like these that are business focused and have amenities like meeting spaces, gym, pool, etc, but if you are staying in San Salvador this is great base since it close to everything, safe, and there are lots of malls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice place to unwind. Staff is super nice. All you would expect from a Marriott.

Staff at the kitchen, security, house keeping were exceptional, front office staff was okay. Some of them were great except the one that checked me in and out. To make it short they overcharged me $100

Lies. I noticed that they did it with several people not just me. They lied about card being declined/denied they said. And that reservation had been canceled. So we had to get a new reservation and of course price will be more expensive. Again this happened to more people not just me. On top of they lying with reservation. Toilet was running water all the time, water leaked inside unit when it rained, hair dryer did not work, etc
