The outside pool & BBQ area was great.

Where to start! They wanted us to wash the dishes before we left (which is fine) but the dishwasher didn't work and had so much mold growing inside it smelt so horrific when you opened the door, there was also no dishcloth/dish brush or anything to actually do the dishes with. One rubbish bag (the apartments aren't serviced) for our weeklong stay so had to buy them also. Only one of the lounge siding doors worked and you couldn't lock them doors as they didn't line up correctly. The main bathroom had no shower door or even a curtain so the whole bathroom floor got wet when having a shower. The ensuite bathroom door didn't slide so I had to leave the curtains in my bedroom closed our whole stay or the apartments next door would have been able to see me go to the bathroom and shower. There was no hairdryer (even though listed that the rooms would have one), no facecloths in the bathrooms so had to purchase them also. The clothes airer was like 40cm wide and you couldn't even fit a load of washing on it. I also don't know a single accommodation place where you have to pay for Wi-Fi (which I was never advised of so we had no Wi-Fi the whole week) The indoor "heated pool" was cold, games room is gone (but still on their website) and the spa and sauna didn't work either.

Staff communication the door was locked to get into the property with no way to get the attention of staff. we eventually got in by following a delivery person then got our keys to the room. No clear information on how to check out. The reception staff told us she would be available early to take the keys but there was nobody in sight when we left around 8.30am. We eventually found a safe to drop the keys into, but it would help to put up a sign with instructions on this.

Central Facilities while old were comfortable and all I needed Staff were great when I needed help because of a cancelled flight. Thank you 😁

I tried to contact the property on multiple occasions via booking.com and received no response . I also left multiple voicemail on the listed phone number with no response. finally after yet another email I got a response. Checkin is supposed to be between 2pm and 5pm and when we arrived shortly before 3pm there was a sign on the door saying back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, after leaving a couple of voicemails and messaging via booking.com finally someone arrived to check us in. They couldn’t get the Eftpos machine working so had us direct deposit money into a bank account … I only hope this is a legit account and booking.com don’t attempt to charge my credit card as well. The apartment itself look like it had renovated kitchen and bathroom which would have been nice if they were clean. mirrors were dirty, as was the stove top & behind / under couch. to top it off their was a used baby diaper behind the door in the main bedroom.When checking out of the property at approximately 9.30am there was a closed sign on the reception door even the the hours of operation sign said 8.00 - 10am. we had seen the property manager returning from the beach in swimwear just 10 minutes earlier so he was obviously too busy to be available to checkout guests. there were no checkout instructions so we left the keys in the safe out the front of the property hoping this was ok and sent a message to the manager. he called me He called me, surprised we were checking out before 10am. I told him about finding used baby diaper in the bedroom and he said ‘no way!’ The asked if he could call me back as he needs to speak with the cleaners. Needless to say he never called me back.

Size of room

Air con didn't work. Staff were odd. Room wasn't cleaned, hair on shower walls.
