It was an amazing stay The staff is very nice and smiling The room was spacious and clean with daily cleaning The bathroom was clean and spacious The terrace was big with 1 table and 2 chairs the view is not that good but it is OK The location is perfect, near jawahir mall 5 min walk, WiFi is good and fast You have near you every things you need from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, For those who wants public transportation Osmanbey metro station is near 10 min walk and you have bus stop 5 min away You have a lot of shopping stores near with good prices (defacto, LC wakiki...) Nisantasi shopping area is 15 min walking distance I stayed for 5 nights and the location made my trip very comfortable The price is right (good value) I will always come back to them They provide for me late check out as my flight was at night

I didn't like the veiw (but it's not a problems for me) No meals is avialble (also not a problems you have a wide variety of restaurants near by)

lovely stay at 1116 residence perfect for work trips

Friendly staff. Surveillance 24 hours a day. The cleaning crew is amazing and very fast. It was my first time traveling to Turkey from America. I schedule the apartment not knowing what to expect. Me and my companion were more than please. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The front desk was always helpful and willing to help us with any issues. They schedule taxi services whenever we prompted them without hesitation. On the day we were headed home we ask for a large van since we had lots of luggage. The staff informed they will do their best to schedule a van since they needed a notice a day in advance. Nonetheless to say the van was in the apartment within a few minutes. The staff carry our luggage from our rooms all the way to the van making the trip to the airport such an easy experience. The apartment is located within 2 main streets were you can find lots of shopping centers and restaurants. A minute away from the Marriott.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in these appartments. As a bonus we have received free upgrade. Very clean, well connected by public transport, many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to Mustafa!

overall, it was very good but the pillows and mattresses were not the best at all. also, we were given a smaller room for the first two nights because the bigger one was occupied by other guests.

One of the best apartments Ive ever been to

large apartment comfortable aside of the touristic spots in the real interesting Istanbul very good staff. all of them!

small details : salt, pepper,vinegar, oil … very large bottle of water like in every house in turkey some basics like that are always welcome missing a sign do not enter/ do not clean

Good location ,close to metro station Sisli, also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help.

Everything was perfect.

- Private clothes washer, it helps a lot. - The neighborhood is quiet.

- Soundproofing is very bad, you can hear the talks from other rooms. - It's a bit far from the metro station, not too far and not too close, around 10-15 mins walk. - WiFi is slow. - Furniture is old but clean.

The top floor studio apartment with terrace is great.
