Super clean, great and helpful staff, very nice new rooms.

So peaceful, spotlessly clean, lovely large pool, always found a sun bed.Just far enough out of the main town, enjoyed the walk along the lakeside to all the restaurants.Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning didn’t cool the room enough, couldn’t seem to set temperature lower than 22 degrees.We could have done with a kettle in the room so we could have a cup of tea before breakfast, we are early risers!

the place was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre along the lake. it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was terrific with lots of choices.

One very minor complaint there was no English tv channels.

Very clean rooms, the breakfast was nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area didn’t feel too crammed and you could always get a lounger. There is a Spar around 5 minutes walk away and Bardolino is only a 15 minute walk.

The fridge didn’t really get cold and the AC isn’t too powerful or cold either. The room got very warm when you had things like the hairdryer and iron on. Other than that, no issues.

Highly recommend. This little hotel is perfection. The whole place is immaculate and so peaceful, even though its around 20 minutes walk along the lake shore to the centre of Bardolino. Family run and they certainly go over and above for their guests.

The pool was amazing and lots of sunbeds. The location was fab, a short walk into Bardolino. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helped to arrange taxi transfers. There was a little fridge in our room. We had 2 wardrobes with lots of hangers.

You can't pay at the bar it has to go on your room tab. The aircon suffised but I would of liked it a little cooler. The WiFi connection was patchy in our room. You can't have a bike passed 20.00 at night. No iron/board in the room

Quiet location away from tourist and town centre, but still not too far away. Bardolino town centre was less than a 10 minutes walk, we really enjoyed a nice stroll back to our hotel in the evening after a huge dinner. There also a supermarket nearby within walking distance. There is a bus stop few mins walk away from the hotel that takes you everywhere - really convenient! Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and even offered to cook us eggs (made in anyway you want) and bacon. There was also an excellent view of the pool and lake from the breakfast room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had so many questions about travelling around the lake since it was our first visit. The lady at the front desk bent over backwards to help me find bus and ferry schedules and offered lots of travel advice. We had an excellent huge room with a huge bathroom, although we were facing the main road, we were not disturbed by any noises. The rooms were cleaned daily.

I have no complains about our stay at all. It was perfect!
