Very comfortable, lovely aspect, well-provisioned, very helpful host, handy for golf, accepts pets, good parking, great walking nearby, lovely and bright.

A washing-machine would be handy for longer stays. Quite a high surcharge for the dog (35€).

There was no microwave and a vacuum cleaner ,otherwise all good

It didn’t come with breakfast. It we shopped at a local store and made our own simple breakfasts.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable with a beautiful mountain's view. It's a typical mountain's apartment with a refined interior. More than I expected from the pictures posted on booking.com. The bathroom is very spacious and clean like the others rooms. It's not so far from the center of Kitzbhuel (reachable also by walking) and very near to Schwarzsee (a very nice lake where you can pass also all day). The hostess was very hospitable, and she was very disposed to give us advice about what to do.
