We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room and a very delicious Jamaican breakfast. All the staff, from the security, to front desk, to restaurant, were pleasant helpful accommodating and professional. We were very late checking and appreciated that the staff called to make sure we were still coming. The price was quite reasonable, so it was a great last-minute decision to stay here. This was 2-star locale with a 5-star attitude!

the location was terrible! we booked for 3 nights and ended up finding an alternative place to stay as it just didn’t feel safe nor welcoming

Everyone was ready to assist even wen it was home time. The breakfast specially prepared.; banana porridge, The ackee and salt fish, calalloo, set me up for the day. Thank u chef Was great to return after 5 years to familiar faces too, Bless Charline

The calm approach of the team. No one panicked, or needed to flap about even wen I was lated to eat...again!

The staff made us feel like family! We loved Pineapple Court. Always helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

pool was not the cleanest, neither was the bathroom downstairs in the restaurant. no aircom

The room was well kept and comfy and the staff was top tier. Everywhere was so clean and breakfast was consistently good.

The pillows provided no support and the bar didn't have any rum or water etc. Just a few sodas
