Just blocks from the Strip this house is beautiful, quiet, great neighborhood, comfortable beds, actual satellite TV, TV's everywhere, beautiful bathrooms, and Rex is the best host we have ever had. 5 Stars!!

Fantastic stay with 6 ladies on a 50th birthday trip. Rex was great at communicating and met us upon arrival. Rooms are very comfortable but with such a beautiful backyard we hardly wanted to leave the property. I would highly recommend staying at this place with a large group.

We had a big weekend. My husband's 60th bday and a surprise engagement proposal. Both events were wonderfull and a large part of the success was our wonderful location. Everyone commented on how perfect the house was for our events. Along with a great location we had a wonderful host. Thank you, Rex!

From check in to check out Rex made us feel welcomed and relaxed! We enjoyed all the amenities this house offered. The pool & hot tub were amazing. Despite a rain storm that came through one evening and muddied up the pool, Rex was there first thing the next morning to get it cleaned up. It was a large group of us and the house was perfect. We all cannot wait to come back to Vegas. Thank you for everything Rex!!

We had an incredible stay at this rental. The home was not only beautiful and spacious, but the bathrooms were also impressive. The highlight was definitely the amazing swimming pool, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. The location was perfect, being close to the strip and fantastic restaurants. I must mention how the owner's exceptional helpfulness and responsiveness enhanced the overall experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Las Vegas.

I cannot overstate how incredible this property is! House is spacious, beds are comfortable, amazing amenities like pool, jacuzzi, bath house, outdoor fire pit and gas grill, stereo system throughout the house and grounds, and so much more. The owner, Rex, took great care in showing us around, making us feel welcome and comfortable, and responded quickly to all our questions. The home is fantastic, but Rex was the icing on a perfect vacation cake!

Brought a group for wife’s 50th birthday. House, pool, outdoor kitchen, pool table, everything else first class and very accommodating. Great bathrooms with multiple upgrades and many other amenities. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This property was perfect for our weekend trip. The location was convenient to the Vegas Strip as well as to local golf courses. The house had everything you could want (pool, hot tub, volleyball court, games, pool table, etc.) to entertain.

Rex, the owner of the property, was a joy to rent from. The house was very spacious and clean. There were TVs in every bedroom as well as outside by the pool and outdoor grill. The back yard oasis was amazing. This property was also in close proximity to the Las Vegas strip meaning we were able to get cheap Ubers to get to all the thrills. Overall this stay was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay on our short trip to Las Vegas. Close to the strip but quite retreat away from it also. We enjoyed the pool and spa and beds were very comfortable. Clean and well stocked and Rex is a wonderful host! Will be our go to spot if we are back in the area in the future.

The location is just a few min to the strip. Around the corner from local restaurants and shops and right down the road from the new stadium.
Huge tvs in every room. Plenty of space and separate entertainment zones. A group of 8 would not be stepping on each other here.
Awesome showers and very comfortable beds.

My brothers and I were in town for an NFL game and needed a property to accommodate 5 people. This house was ideal for our situation and gave us room to spread out. The location is 5 minutes to just about everything you could possibly need or want, but private enough to be away from the big city nonsense. The owner was there upon arrival to give us the tour of the property and explain how everything worked. We couldn’t have been more grateful and Rex is a genuinely great host!! We “tailgated” in the outdoor kitchen and it was the perfect set up. We’re saving this property for future trips to Las Vegas!!

Rex was seriously so amazing. He walked us through the whole house to make sure we knew where everything was, how to work the Bluetooth speakers and hot tub. One day it was crazy windy and he came over to clean the pool a few times without even being asked. There was some damage to some of the outdoor patio tv shutters due to the wind and Rex came over and made sure it was cleaned up and out of the way. Seriously one of the best hosts I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place.

Rex was an amazing host and made himself available if he was needed for anything. The property has everything you would need on a long or short stay. It is close to the strip, but just far enough away. The rooms and beds and bathrooms were spectacular. The pool and hot tub and outside area was used daily. Rex has created a place to relax in or enjoy a drink or 3. Thank you Rex! We will be back.
