Location was close to city. Lots of restaurants around.

Hot water was not good, couldn’t have good shower. No washing machine.

It had most of what we needed, the place was spacious the kids loved it and it fit us 4 families. the host was available on phone most of the time

needed a hoover so we could clean up after the kids but we found a brush so did it with that

I like the location of the property because it was closer to the university and the train station making it very accessible

Please make beds bigger so guest can share the same bed with their spouse

Tge apartment is very spacious, with big rooms.

The location is in a busy housing area. It is difficult for us to find the parking.

Nice and spacious , clean , and well maintained

Would prefer to have a receptionist / office person to speak to

The odour from the toilet, the steepy and high staircase - not good for family with kids

Inside the apartment was modern. Beds were comfortable. Not far from the centre and lots of Uber taxis local. This is all I can say that is positive.

Although the apartment was of modern design it is looking tired now. Wooden floor has swollen in places and some joins have come apart. Some of the window blinds are broken. Some swelling on one of the kitchen cupboards. Lots of water marks on walls inside the apartment (No4) hallway. When entering the apartments communal hallway it smells bad like a really strong damp smell. Did not feel safe in the area itself, even the taxi driver said to be careful around there. When I saw where the free parking was I was not happy. Just a free for all carpark around the back with lots of rubbish laying around. Very noisy location for traffic and having to listen to prayers being broadcast outside early morning Saturday and Sunday.
